Leffe Blonde, an authentic blonde monastery beer that is characterised by a full, smooth and fruity taste followed by a spicy aftertaste.
"Many years of experience and the combination of pale malt, water, hops and yeast give Leffe Blonde its mild flavour and the golden colour with which it catches and reflects the light. Hints of vanilla and clove further mellow the flavour of the beer, which is best enjoyed in a Leffe goblet, while highlighting the delicate, fresh elegance of this beer."
Leffe Blonde is a perfect aperitif beer, but also pairs perfectly with a wide range of foods, especially red meats, sweet and sour dishes and white cheeses such as Camembert, Brie, Brillat-Savarin or Saint-Marcellin. There are countless soft cheeses that harmonise with the fresh and fruity Leffe Blonde. Leffe Blonde contains 6.6 % alcohol and is best served at 5-6 °C in a beer goblet - ideally in the original Leffe goblet, where all the flavours come to the fore.
